Q: What styles of Hearing Aid’s can I choose?
A: Below is a variety of the many shapes and sizes of hearing aids.  The Style of a hearing aid that is best for you is highly dependent upon your hearing exam results.  Individuals with milder hearing loss may use smaller devices and individuals with more severe to profound hearing loss may require slightly larger, custom made power devices.  It is okay to determine what styles you prefer.  Dr. Strecker will review your hearing exam with you at your appointment and help you understand what style or choice of styles may be best for you.


 Q:  Does insurance cover the cost of hearing aids?
A: Medicare excludes hearing aids as a covered benefit.
Fortunately, many insurance plans are adopting coverage and benefits pertaining to hearing aids.

If you don’t see your health plan listed, please call Veronica, our Clinic Administrator, for assistance.  She specializes in obtaining hearing and hearing aid benefit information on your behalf.

Q: What types of Payment Plans do you offer?
A: Besides accepting Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and check options, we offer a 12-Month Interest-Free payment option through CareCredit for patients who qualify and can be used for purchases over $1000.  We also offer an exclusive Flex:Trial Hearing Aid Lay-a-Way program for individuals who cannot qualify for routine credit options but who need a low-payment plan.  The Lay-a-Way program is available for Unitron brand hearing aids, only.  For more information pertaining to our payment options, please contact Veronica, our Clinic Administrator.
